• S'authentifier dans l'appli d'abord, puis partager les statistiques depuis Ingress.
• Clôre l'authentification puis s'authentifier de nouveau, et réessayer.
• Détruire les cookies TheGrid dans le navigateur, et recommencer.
• Désinstaller l'application et la réinstaller (<font inherit/inherit;;#f39c12;;inherit>notedexandrex:ça n'a pas de sens, si c'est un pb de backend</font>)

<font inherit/Courier New,Courier,monospace;;#8e44ad;;inherit>403</font> * Cette erreur se produit aléatoirement sur certains terminaux et sur certains OS. Le problème n'est pas reproductible et n'est pas encore expliqué.

  • Sous Android, vérifier que TheGrid peut accéder au système de fichiers : Dans les paramètres systèmes, ouvrir les Informations de l'application TheGrid Dispatcher, choisir les Permissions et activer “<font inherit/Courier New,Courier,monospace;;inherit;;inherit>Stockage</font>” .
